For over 18 years, the Périgord Noir has been much more to us than just a holiday destination — it’s a place of inspiration, emotion, and deep attachment.
Over the years, we’ve come to know and love this region with its diverse landscapes — from lush forests and winding rivers to villages ranked among the most beautiful in France. Its majestic castles, prehistoric caves, generous gastronomy, and authentic way of life have never ceased to charm us.

We dreamed of finding the perfect place to bring our life project to fruition: to offer charming holiday cottages and share our passion for this exceptional region with others.
And then one day, destiny led us to the Domaine de Bagnegrole.

From the very first moments on site, it was obvious — this was the place. It was love at first sight for this haven of peace nestled in the heart of Périgord’s natural beauty.

Today, with joy and enthusiasm, we are writing a new chapter in our story. Our wish is to make the Domaine de Bagnegrole a warm and authentic place of welcome, where every guest can experience the gentle way of life of the Périgord Noir — its colorful markets, walks along the Dordogne River, medieval villages, and those secret little spots we love so much.
